What you do with my details

We use your name and address to send what you asked for, and your phone number to call you back if you asked us to. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to other companies, and we do not add you to any list you did not tick.

If you'd like us to delete what we hold, call and ask. It takes about a minute and we won't ask you why.

Accessibility of this website

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means text no smaller than 19 pixels, contrast well above the minimum, buttons large enough to hit reliably, full keyboard operation with a visible outline, and no animation for anyone whose device asks us to reduce it.

You can pinch to zoom on any page — we have not disabled it, and we never will. If you use a screen reader and something here reads badly, please call and tell us; we'd genuinely like to fix it.

Returns, warranty and the trial

You have 100 nights from delivery to change your mind about any item of furniture. Tell us and we collect it from the room it's standing in, at our cost, and refund you in full. You do not need the original packaging and we won't ask you to justify it.

Hardwood frames carry a 10-year warranty. Cedar garden beds carry 15 years against rot, split and warp. Both cover normal use in a normal home.

Is this a real shop?

This particular website is a demonstration build. The company, the products, the prices and the reviews on it are illustrative rather than real, and no order placed through it would reach anyone. It was made to show how a catalog site of this kind should look and behave.
