Which height should you order?

The commonest mistake is buying the tallest bed. Height is a trade: the higher it stands, the less you bend and the further you reach.

  • 24 inches if you're comfortable perching on the edge to weed. Easiest to reach across, and the cheapest to fill.

  • 30 inches is the one we sell most of. Work standing with a slight lean, or seated in a normal garden chair. Right for most backs.

  • 36 inches for no bending at all, and for wheelchair use — order this one in the two-foot depth so the far side stays within reach.

Still unsure? Tell us your height and whether you'd rather stand or sit, and we'll tell you which to order.
